The Church’s Life Cycle

Every living organism and organization goes through a natural life cycle. Knowing where you are as a leadership team can be very beneficial for understanding what your next step and challenges might be.

Here are two tools to help you in the process.

The first is called “The Car Model.” It is a way to help your group understand, by the way that they see things work, where you are in the life cycle.

The second is “The Life Cycle” which helps you see what is both ahead and behind you for where you are in the typical life cycle.
